INFORMATION CLAUSE POTENTIAL CILIENTS/ CLIENTS PROCESSING BASED ON A CONSENT
Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ 679: “General Data Processing Regulation” (hereinafter referred to as: the GDPR), the data controller hereby informs you that:

Prosta 32 in Warsaw (00-838), entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Economic Division under entry No. KRS 0000435904, holding VAT Reg. - Your personal data shall be processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR based on the consent granted by you.
- The recipients of your personal data shall be entities authorised to receive such data based on the applicable legal provisions (e.g. Tax Office, Social Insurance Company) and entities providing archiving, IT and legal services for the benefit of the data controller - based on the concluded data outsourcing agreements.
- Your personal data shall be stored for the term necessary to perform activities with respect to which the consent was granted; until the moment of expiry of the data processing obligations resulting from legal provisions and until the moment of expiry of claims resulting from the agreement.
- You have a right to access your personal data and the right to rectify them, remove them, to limit the processing; you also have a right to transfer your data and a right to file an objection.
- You have a right to withdraw your consent: in such case, your data shall be removed after the fulfilment of terms specified in Point 5; all operations carried out on your personal data prior to the consent withdrawal shall remain valid and legitimate.
- You have a right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR provisions.
- Provision of your personal data is voluntary and follows from the consent that was granted.
- Your personal data shall not be transferred outside of the EU.
- Your personal data shall be not be subject to automated processing or profiling.
INFORMATION CLAUSE CLIENTS, CONTRACTING PARTNERS, PARTNERS, AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE
Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ 679: the “General Data Processing Regulation” (hereinafter referred to as: the GDPR), the data controller hereby informs you that:

- The recipients of your personal data shall be entities authorised to receive such data based on the applicable legal provisions (e.g. Tax Office, Social Insurance Company) and entities providing archiving, IT and legal services for the benefit of the data controller;
- Your personal data shall be stored for the term of the agreement; until the moment of expiry of the data processing obligations resulting from legal provisions and until the moment of expiry of claims resulting from the agreement.
- You have a right to access your personal data and the right to rectify them, remove them, to limit the processing; you also have a right to transfer your data and a right to file an objection.
- you have a right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR provisions.
- Provision of your personal data follows from the conclusion of the agreement with the data controller.
- The consequence of failing to provide personal data shall be no possibility of concluding the agreement.
- Your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing or profiling.
