1. Objectives of the Adopted Privacy Policy and the Use of Cookies on the Website
1.1. This Privacy Policy and the use of cookies regulate the principles of processing personal data, collecting, and using information about users on the website in the domain www.walterherz.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). It has been created and adopted by Walter Herz sp. z o.o. The data controller is Walter Herz Sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw.
1.2. The Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Execution of orders and contracts carried out by the entity,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the entity,
- Communication related to the handling of inquiries, orders, and contracts offered by the entity (telephone contact, email, contact form on our website, etc.),
- Handling complaints or any other claims,
- Analytical or statistical purposes,
- Sending marketing content to you (providing marketing communication based on cookies, analytical data, and direct marketing).
1.3. By selecting the option "I want to receive the e-mail Newsletter" (You consent to receive commercial information via electronic communication sent by www.walterherz.com and to the use of email communication for marketing purposes), the User's personal data will also be processed by the Service for the purpose of providing information about offers and delivering newsletters containing offer information. Providing personal data is voluntary.
1.4. We inform you that the Service may contain links allowing access to other websites managed by other administrators when clicked. The Administrator of this Service has no influence over the privacy policies or cookie usage policies conducted by these administrators and is not responsible for them. 2. Data Collected About Users on the Service, Including Personal Data, Methods of Use, and User Rights

To take advantage of consultations, the User can, on a one-time basis, without prior registration and login, complete the contact form by providing the following information: name, surname, email address, company name, and phone number. The data will be processed for the time necessary, but in any case, no longer than until the User objects.
2.2.2. The Service allows contact with relevant departments of the Service via a contact form or phone. By contacting us in one of the aforementioned ways, you provide an email address and/or phone number. This data is used solely for contact purposes, i.e., to respond to a question asked by the User.
2.2.3. The Service allows subscription to a newsletter by clicking the "subscribe to newsletter" option. By subscribing to the newsletter, the User provides data such as an email address. This data is used only for sending the User our bulletin or newsletter.
2.3. The User has the right at any time to access the data processed by the Administrator, to request its modification, and to request its deletion. To do so, please send a request to [email protected].
2.4. The User can unsubscribe from the newsletter or subscription at any time. This can be done independently via the "Unsubscribe from newsletter" option available in every message sent by the Service as part of the Newsletter.
3. Cookies and Their Use

The User's personal data is stored in a database with technical and organizational measures in place that ensure the protection of processed data, in accordance with the requirements specified by personal data protection laws, particularly in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR"). As well as in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2013.1422 as amended), the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2014.243 as amended). The Service uses technologies and procedures for personal data protection that ensure the appropriate protection of Users' privacy. Only individuals authorized by the data administrator have access to the database.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Changes to the privacy policy will only be made to enhance privacy protection standards or to adapt the policy to legal requirements. Each time, the User will be informed of the change in a notice sent to the email address, if the User has consented to be contacted in this way.
6. Rights Under the GDPR
In accordance with the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of 27.04.2016, the User has the right to:

- Access their data and receive a copy of it
- Transfer their data
- Object to data processing
- Correct their data
- File a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
- Be informed about data breaches
Data will not be transferred to a third country or any international organization. In accordance with Art. 4(4) GDPR, data may be profiled.
7. Contacting the Administrator and Reporting Irregularities
Any irregularities, comments, or requests regarding the privacy policy should be reported to the following address: [email protected]. We ensure that each report will be reviewed and responded to at the email address provided in the report.
In case of irregularities related to the processing of personal data, the Client has the right to report violations to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
