The Olympic Center of The Polish Olympic Committee was commissioned in May 2004 as a unique addition to Warsaw, noteworthy for its original, modern architecture and an attractive location. It is situated at the crossroads of a main artery criss-crossing northern Warsaw (Prymasa Tysiaclecia Avenue and Wislostrada) and easily accessible to the city center facilitated by public transport including 8 buslines, 3 tramlines and a modern underground subway all within a 10 minute walk from "Woodrow Wilson Square". The building is 12 km from the city center and 17 km from The Chopin International Airport. The Olympic Center has 10 thousand square meters of space which house The Polish Olympic Committee, The Foundation of Olympic Education, The Museum of Sports and Tourism.
