The presented office building is one of the buildings included in the complex consisting of 8 buildings. Their total area is 75,000 sq m. Additionally, there are plans for another 20,000 sq m. The advantage of the complex is the immediate vicinity of the Bonarka shopping center, which provides access to various services: fitness, medical center, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. The glazed façade allows for a constant supply of daylight, and the green surroundings of the complex create a friendly and comfortable working environment. There is also a train station in close proximity to the complex, ensuring efficient connection with every part of Krakow. The office complex is also adjacent to the bus terminus, which positively affects the connection of the area with the center of Krakow.
