Xceedance Consulting Polska selects the High5ive office complex in Cracow for its new and expanded Poland headquarters

Xceedance, a global provider of strategic consulting, technology, and analytic solutions to insurance organizations, is moving its headquarters in Poland to the High5ive 4 office building located on Pawia Street in Cracow. Encompassing 1500 sq m of space, the new office will be arranged in accordance with the work-life balance requirements and business needs of Xceedance — allowing the company to further expand its workforce in the EMEA market.

- Driven by the growth of Xceedance, we looked for an office in an attractive Cracow location, with easy access to public transport and centrally situated amenities. Our objectives included the establishment of a creative, engaging workplace for our current teammates and future colleagues. Through a rigorous procurement process, we chose the High5ive complex because it met our needs for a high-quality space and location, featuring modern and environmentally friendly qualities, including LEED certification - said Marek Kaszczyc, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Xceedance Consulting Polska.

- Our team’s task was to provide Xceedance with comprehensive support in choosing the optimal location that would fully meet the company’s development needs in Cracow in the next five years. The agency's scope of work included not only finding the most optimal space for the company and negotiating lease terms. We were also responsible for the fit-out. The Design Group architectural design studio, which is responsible for the design of the new Xceedance headquarters, has been selected through a tender, after analyzing the costs and negotiating valuations - informs Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner / Head of Regional Markets at Walter Herz.

- From the beginning, we knew that project management and a high standard of arrangement would play a big role in this project. Therefore, advanced valuation negotiations and comprehensive coordination of the design process were key - says Emilia Kalińska, Regional Coordinator at Walter Herz.

- Starting work on the office project for the young Xceedance team, we knew that we had to create a “relaxed” space in which everyone can feel good, almost like at home. It was important for us to use friendly colors and textures that we introduced with velvet curtains and acoustic panels in the meeting rooms. We have a lot of colors, but they are not dominant or overwhelming. In addition, we used dark wood, which gives a cozy character with a slightly elegant touch. Moreover, we also wanted to introduce elements of industrial style, for example open ceilings and characteristic glazing with black mullions. Glazing sets the rhythm of the interior for us, because the lines that come out of them penetrate the entire space, which gave the opportunity to create a coherent whole. They appear in the form of black MDF slats, as well as frames holding in check colorful, floral wallpapers or graphics in meeting rooms, with leitmotifs supporting the company's internal communication - says Martyna Smętek, designer from The Design Group, responsible for the concept of the office.

- What will be visible only after completion of the implementation is the naming of the rooms, for example, Bali, Palermo, Hogwarts. The names were selected in a poll among office employees, giving them the opportunity to actively contribute to the interior design - adds Karolina Kózka, a designer from The Design Group.

High5ive is a project that perfectly fits the current needs of office workers.
