WeNet in Gdansk’s Garnizon Complex
WeNet, the largest internet marketing company in Poland, has relocated its Gdansk office to the mixed-use Garnizon complex, owned by the Hossa Investment Group. The organization has leased over 450 sq m. in the GATO office building, expanding its workspace compared to its previous location. The Gdansk team of Walter Herz provided comprehensive support throughout the complex leasing process and contract negotiations.
The new office, located in the mixed-use Garnizon complex in central Gdansk, near Aleja Grunwaldzka Street and Aleja Żołnierzy Wyklętych Street, offers an attractive working environment. The relocation did not require significant fit-out expenses, as only minor adjustments were needed to adapt the new space.

– We chose Garnizon due to the high quality of the offered space, as well as the potential and amenities the complex provides. The modern office we now occupy in the GATO building fully meets our layout and space needs. Thanks to the commitment and comprehensive support of Walter Herz’s advisors, and the smooth negotiations with all involved parties, we successfully completed the leasing process and relocated to the largest mixed-use complex in the Tri-City area – says Dorota Malarska – HR Director for ESG and Administration at the WeNet Group. – This cooperation enabled us to secure modern office space under very favorable conditions. We received support at every stage of the process, including assistance that went beyond standard transaction services. The new workspace has been very well received by our team, helping us reduce employee turnover and improve recruitment efficiency – both of which positively impact our financial performance – adds Dorota Malarska.
– WeNet, which we have had the pleasure of representing since 2023, expressed a need for new office space in Gdansk due to the end of the lease at its previous location. Working under time pressure, we secured a cost-effective interim option in the Eternum office building, where the company operated for several months before moving into its final location. Among the various standard options, including 5–7-year lease terms and sublease proposals, the client chose the space in the GATO building due to its ideal layout and central location. This offer met all of WeNet’s expectations in terms of budget, location, and arrangement. After a minor refurbishment utilizing existing finishes, the company successfully established its Gdansk branch at the new address, to the satisfaction of all parties involved – says Jarosław Zdzitowiecki, Associate Partner/Head of Tricity at Walter Herz.
The mixed-use Garnizon complex is situated on a 25-hectare site on the border of the Wrzeszcz Gorny and Strzyza districts. It features residential buildings, lofts, office, service, and retail facilities, as well as extensive parking infrastructure with approximately 1,000 parking spaces. High-quality spaces are delivered through both new buildings and renovated historic structures.
The GATO office building, located on C.K. Norwida Street, offers 15 thousand sq m. of commercial space. It was commissioned in 2021. The building spans seven floors and houses A+ class office spaces. Its ground floor features a representative lobby and service units. There are over 270 parking spaces in its two underground levels. GATO has achieved an "Excellent" rating under the BREEAM certification system.
Thanks to its unique architectural concept, the Garnizon development has created a new, original urban space with a friendly, park-like atmosphere, setting it apart from typical office parks. Its location ensures efficient connectivity with all parts of the Tri-City area and offers full access to retail, service, educational, and sports infrastructure. It is also adjacent to the Tri-City Landscape Park. Garnizon is just a 20-minute bike ride from Gdansk’s Old Town via convenient cycling paths. Travel time by car to the main railway station in Gdansk is about 10 minutes, and to the airport, less than 15 minutes.
