Warsaw EQ2 office building by Waryński Group topped off

EQ2 is another office investment implemented in Warsaw by Waryński Holding Group. The exclusive office building is under construction in the part of Wola district, adjacent to the city center, at the intersection of Wschowska and Ordona streets. The modern facility with over 4300 sq m. will offer the highest class office space and retail area located on the ground floor of the building.

The construction of EQ2 began in September 2019, and by the end of February 2020, the building reached the ground level. The two-storey underground part of the office building with parking spaces was made using the diaphragm wall technology. Currently, the investor has announced the completion of the building's construction work and the closing of the next stage of the investment's construction. According to the adopted schedule, finishing works will be continued on the facade and inside the building in the next stages of project implementation.

-The EQ2 building was designed to close off the frontage of Ordona Street. In the future, it will be one of the main traffic routes of Odolany area. And just as the planned tram will eventually connect Wola and Ochota, the EQ2 building will combine intimacy with central location, ecology and art, work and leisure – says Bogdan Borkowski, President of the Management Board at Waryński S.A. A boutique, glass office building is being constructed in Wola, which is becoming the largest business hub of Warsaw, near the Western Railway Station and two of the city's main traffic arteries – Aleje Jerozolimskie and Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia streets. The location of the building near the very center, allows for a convenient use of the public transport, including the nearby new metro line.

There are also many green and recreational areas surrounding the EQ2, which are an advantage of this part of Warsaw's Wola district. In the immediate vicinity of the building there are practical service units, restaurants and a fitness club. Moreover, Chopin International Airport is only 10 km away from the building.

The project involves a number of innovative solutions, including a charging station for electric cars on the premises. What is more, beehives will be located on the green part of the roof of the office building. The surroundings of the EQ2 will also include especially designed greenery. The soothing influence of the nature around the building will also be completed by the vegetation, which serves as natural element of the interior design of the office building.

The unique nature of the location will also highlight the inspirational neighborhood. The tenement house located near the EQ2 will become an outside art gallery. This will provide users of the office building with a unique, artistic workplace surroundings.
