Walter Herz Launches Tenant Academy

Walter Herz, a comprehensive commercial real estate consulting company, has set up the nation's first Tenant Academy offering free training for office space tenants across Poland.

The training center will hold periodic meetings with experts from various fields, who will share knowledge and experience related to work on the office market. Expert panels will be conducted by advisors, negotiators, administrators, lawyers, and fit-out specialists. The training will cover crucial areas of tenancy and use of space, office change, lease agreements, as well as arranging and equipping office space.

- We have created the Academy for tenants from across the country representing various industries, as well as for people interested in all aspects of the office leasing process, including those that are not permanently linked to the real estate market. It is a completely innovative project, the first such undertaking organized in Poland on such a large scale - says Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, CEO of Walter Herz.

The meetings will cover topics which, according to our knowledge, are the most important for tenants of office space. Our lecturers will show mechanisms that have the greatest impact on the office segment and rental rates and will comment on the most important trends emerging in the office market. They will discuss issues related to: contract terms, efficient use of office space, renegotiation of contracts, relocation of premises, tenant rights and obligations, settlements, and the latest tends in office space arrangements - All issues that are relevant to the office space market and office users will be covered. Tenant Academy is located at 32 Prosta Street in Warsaw, in Prosta Tower office building, which is Walter Herz’s headquarters. Expert panels will be moderated by Walter Herz specialists in leasing office space, tenant representation and real estate management, as well as invited experts from companies specializing in various fields related to the real estate market. Academy’s creators ensure that the presentations are conducted in a light and accessible format and that knowledge is shared in an easily comprehensible language.
