Walter Herz launches another series of courses at the Tenant Academy

Walter Herz company is inviting everybody to participate in the next courses at the Tenant Academy, which will take place on March 27^th, 2019 in Astoria office building at 2 Przeskok Street in Warsaw. The workshops will be devoted to the arrangement of a flexible and functional workplace. They will be conducted by Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner at Walter Herz and Ewelina Solecka, Workplace Consulting Manager at Nowy Styl Group. The participants will learn how to plan office space to support work efficiency and creativity of the team and tailor it to the needs of all employees, as well as the organization and style of work in the company. The speakers will also share their knowledge about the design of various types of offices, address issues related to the optimization of costs related to adapting space, and in the Round Table part they will answer listeners questions.

The next panel, the topic of which will be relocations and renegotiations, was scheduled for April 16^th, 2019. This time, the convention will take place in Cracow, at High5 office complex at 9 Pawia Street. Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner and Head of Regional Markets at Walter Herz will conduct the courses.

This year's series of seminars was planned in the form of monthly meetings with a summer break. The Academy's creators are inviting representatives of companies from all over the country along with tenants interested in issues related to the process of leasing and arranging offices, as well as the evolution of the office real estate segment in Poland.
