Walter Herz is organizing an international webinar - Why invest in Poland

Walter Herz, a consulting company from the commercial real estate sector, is organizing an international webinar during which the official premiere of the report "Why invest in Poland" will take place. The report has been developed in cooperation with partners, PAIH - Polish Investment and Trade Agency, PFR Group and People consulting company. The global webinar will take place on October 9^th, 2020 at 10:00, and is going to discuss the current situation on the investment market in our country, which today most effectively attracts investors looking for business development opportunities and investing their capital in the commercial real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

The webinar will be divided into two sections. The first part from 10:00 to 11:15 will concern the investment market in Poland based on the commercial real estate sector: office, warehouse, hotel and retail markets. The second part from 11:15 to 12:20 will be dedicated to human capital in the context of the future of the market office space.

The webinar will touch on the topics related to the economic potential of Poland and market conditions favorable to investing in our country. Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner/CEO of Walter Herz and Andrzej Szymczyk, Associate Director, Investment & Hospitality at Walter Herz will be discussing the issues related to business opportunities offered by the Polish commercial real estate market in the office and hotel segment, as well as support mechanisms for investors and enterprises, and legal and taxation aspects related to investing.

Grzegorz Słomkowski, Executive Vice President of Polish Investment and Trade Agency, will provide information on aspects related to the current economic situation in the country and the state's support for investments in Poland as well as EU subsidies. The discussion panel will also cover investment potential.
