Walter Herz is a partner of the 6th Charity Regatta

Walter Herz, one of the most recognized consulting companies on the Polish commercial real estate market, has become the patron of the 6th Charity Regatta organized by Rotary Club Gdansk Centrum and Yacht Club Sopot.

This year’s regatta will be held on June 10th. This spectacular competition will take place in the Gdansk Bay waters, in the immediate vicinity of the Sopot Pier, from which the audience will be able to observe the competitors. The regatta is a great opportunity to support children and youth, who are supported by Towarzystwo Profilaktyki Środowiskowej MROWISKO society in Gdansk, which is the beneficiary of this year's fund-raiser. The organization runs day care facilities for children and youth from families at risk of social exclusion, where sociotherapeutic, psychocorrective, psychoprophylactic and psychoeducational programs are implemented.

The competition will feature boats made of ecological materials, characterized by many environmental-friendly parameters, thanks to the implementation of the sustainable development strategy by RS Sailing, an international designer, constructor and supplier of sailing boats.

Walter Herz will take an active part in the competition. The company will be represented by its own team in the regatta. – The 6th Charity Regatta, which will include representatives of Polish business, is above all a great opportunity to help children and youth in need. In addition, the competition creates an opportunity to participate in fun and establish interesting relationships between participants. The companies that are taking part in the regatta are the market leaders in their industries, which makes the event interesting and the funds obtained can effectively help those in need. We would also like to encourage other companies to show their support for this noble cause and take part in the regatta - says Jarosław Zdzitowiecki, Associate Partner / Head of Tricity at Walter Herz.

The regatta will end with the award ceremony, which will take place at the headquarters of the Yacht Club Sopot, that is Do Brzegu restaurant, located by the Sopot beach.

In order to take part in the event, participants have to register the team with the organizer and make a donation to Rotary Gdansk Centrum Club.
