Walter Herz Awarded the Rising Star of the Year 2016 during the CIJ Awards

Walter Herz consulting company, providing specialized services in commercial real estate, was awarded the Rising Star of the Year 2016 during the CIJ Awards. The event is organized by Construction & Investment Journal, one of the most famous magazines devoted to real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The award was presented at the 15th Gala, which took place on November 9^th, 2016 in Warsaw.

Polish edition of the CIJ Awards has been organized since 2002. Prizes are awarded in several categories related to the real estate market. Companies and investments, as well as teams, projects, innovative concepts and solutions in the industry are awarded in the competition. The winners are selected by a panel of independent experts, working in different areas of the real estate sector in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe.

A large group of leading companies from the real estate development market meets on the CIJ Awards Gala. This year, the organizers introduced a number of new categories in the competition. Over 30 winners were honored during the Gala. CIJ Awards are also organized in eight other countries, including in the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Greece, Hungary and the USA.
