Virtual walk on the way to commercializing office buildings

31 March 2020

- While searching for new solutions, we are implementing a virtual walk around the properties supported by our company. As the sole commercialization agent of Warsaw’s Centrum Królewska,  we are launching this solution is in this facility first. Virtual walks around the buildings will complement the system of internet and telephone services that we have just launched as part of our customer service. I am convinced that it will make it easier for companies to make decisions about leasing space and will allow to maintain smooth booking - informs Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner/CEO at Walter Herz.

-I believe that many industries can benefit from a wider introduction of interior visualization services. Not only companies looking for space for rent and offices and real estate agencies, but also developers, building and interior designers, restaurants, hotels and individual owners of properties for rent or sale. Virtual viewing is also introduced massively by museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, and soon virtual automotive showrooms and for example, fashion showrooms will become a standard - adds Bartłomiej Zagrodnik.

Thanks to the virtual walk one can see Centrum Królewska from the inside, take a walk in the corridors and look out of the windows of one of the most recognizable and representative office buildings in Warsaw. One can see the view of the Saxon Garden and the Old Town from this award-winning office building, designed at APA Kuryłowicz & Associates studio.

Monika Gałat-Nipochorska, investor's representative, Vice President of the Management Board of Rezydent SA. points out that thanks to the continuous modernization process of Centrum Królewska and modern technical solutions, the building enjoys unflagging interest of buyers. - The office building provides, among others, security systems that meet the requirements of such institutions as investment funds and embassies – adds Monika Gałat-Nipochorska.

Michał Karolkiewicz, Junior Negotiator at Walter Herz, also points out the advanced meeting solutions available at Centrum Królewska. He informs that in the office building located at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska Streets, only one office space is available, which is located on the 11th floor in the building. – A 500 sq m. office area has a study layout, but there is a possibility of adapting the space to the individual needs of the tenant –informs Michał Karolkiewicz.

The fourteen-storey building with almost 11 thousand sq m. of modern A-class office space, also offers a three-level underground car park for over 100 cars with an maintenance-free entrance and bicycle parking, changing rooms for cyclists and electric car charging stations. Centrum Królewska has a BREEAM In-Use certificate rating in Very Good in Building Management and Asset Performance.
