5 May 2021

Two completed buildings in the Varso Place complex in Warsaw, where the tallest tower in the EU is being built, have obtained the WELL Health-Safety certificate. Certification evaluates and awards solutions to prevent, inter alia, the spread of infectious diseases in confined spaces. Three towers have been designed in Varso Place, located in the center of Warsaw. Two completed buildings house offices, a hotel, an innovation center and a shopping and service arcade. HB Reavis is currently building the Varso Tower, which will also be WELL Health-Safety certified when completed next year.
