Tree Development Group purchased investment land for a residential project located at Pomorska Street in Lodz, through a special purpose vehicle. Walter Herz advised on the transaction.

The subject of the transaction is a plot of land located in Lodz at Pomorska Street. The location provides high investment potential and great urban exposure with access to parks and recreational areas. A residential investment is to be implemented on the plot.
