Topped up on the 55-meter DL Tower, which is being built in Katowice by DL Invest Group in cooperation with the international company Eiffage. The new office building will provide 17,000 sq m to the Silesian market. sqm of modern office space, the quality of which will be confirmed, among others, by ecological BREEAM certification. This is another, after DL Piano, project that DL Invest Group is implementing on the Katowice market. DL Tower is part of a mixed-use investment located on Aleja Korfantego, where the DL Atrium building has already been commissioned. The complex will offer office, commercial, hotel and recreational functions, which will be connected by a common social space. Both tenants and city residents will be able to use it. The commissioning of DL Tower is planned for the first quarter of 2022.
