Walter Herz expands the Landlord Representation department. Tomasz Medygrał has joined the company team, taking the position of Associate Director

Tomasz Mędygrał has over twenty years of experience working in commercial real estate sector in Poland. He has gained it, among others at CBRE, before he joined Walter Herz, and in companies operating in the office segment, including flex solutions such as Senatorska Investment and Regus. He is an expert with many years of practice in the industry, specializing in leasing office space, representing landlords. At Walter Herz, Tomasz will be responsible for developing the client's portfolio, creating procedures, standards and strategies related to the commercialization of office buildings.

At Walter Herz, I am responsible for the implementation of sales and financial goals related to projects carried out in the Landlord Representation department, including coordinating the commercialization process carried out as part of the exclusive representation of the Blue Office project located in Warsaw Blue City complex - informs Tomasz Mędygrał, Associate Director in Walter Herz Landlord Representation department.

Tomasz Medygrał has been involved in numerous transactions with global entities, has advised on the commercialization of office buildings such as Skyliner, Vector, Central Point, Nowogrodzka Square and Plac Zamkowy Business with Heritage, measuring a total of nearly 100 000 m2 of space.

At Walter Herz, he will focus on reinforcing and expanding the structure of the Landlord Representation department. The task he is facing is also to expand the portfolio of the company's clients and provide them with the most comprehensive support possible in the lease process and help in choosing office space adapted to new work models and constantly changing market conditions. The main determinant of his actions will be the maximization of benefits for Walter Herz customers served by the department.
