The Young City in Gdańsk will gain a new multi-functional complex. The Finnish developer YIT has received a building permit for a project that will be built in the vicinity of the European Solidarity Center, on a 1.5-hectare plot surrounded by Nowomiejska, Popiełuszki and Jaracza Streets. The complex will provide a total of over 40.5 thousand. sq m usable area. It will include an office building offering 32 thousand. sq m of leasable area, 243 flats and 156 micro-apartments. Construction of the investment is to begin in the second half of this year.
