The revitalization of the Norblin Factory, which took less than 4 years, has come to an end. In the complex located in Warsaw's Wola district, the area of ​​41 thousand. sq m are occupied by A + class offices, and the remaining 24 thousand. sq m are filled with entertainment, cultural, gastronomic, service and commercial concepts. In the former factory of Norblin, Bracia Buch and T. Werner, the historic layout of 10 post-factory buildings has been preserved and 50 old machines and devices have been restored. There is already a boutique KinoGram cinema and BioBazar on the premises. The FlowArt House art gallery and the Norblin Factory Museum will soon open. The activity will also be inaugurated by FoodTown - a gastronomic zone located in five historic factory halls, where 23 original concepts will be located. There will also be, among others Piano Bar with live music, Soul Food - craft beer pub and Blue Cactus restaurant. Office space will also be successively launched in the complex.
