The Plac Unii complex in Warsaw with 41.3 thousand sq m of office space sq m at the end of 2021 it will offer an additional 5,000 sq m GLA and ecological office space. An element of the process is the relocation of the commercial offer from the +1 floor to lower levels. As a result, the facility will additionally gain modern, certified and ecological office space. The modernization is aimed not only at providing new office space, but also concentrating the retail part at levels 0 and -1.
