The Mennica Legacy Tower office building in Warsaw already has a valid occupancy permit. In the coming days, mBank, the main tenant of the building, will move into the 140-meter tower located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout, which will occupy 45.6 thousand sq m. sq m surface. Mennica Legacy Tower is a joint investment of Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska, which offers interesting solutions. In the 12-meter glass lobby of the building there are, among others, 9 meter water wall, located behind the main reception. The skyscraper is served by 16 high-speed elevators with a rush hour waiting time of 30 seconds. Access to the various functions of the complex, management of elevators and the comfort of rooms is possible via a mobile phone. At the design stage, the building received the highest BREEAM - Outstanding environmental certification mark.
