The first building of the SKYSAWA office and retail complex in Warsaw has reached its target height. The investment of Polski Holding Nieruchomości, implemented at ul. Świętokrzyska 36, consists of two parts, a lower one with four to nine above-ground storeys and a 155-meter tower. The construction of the reinforced concrete structure of building A has been completed and its facade is currently being carried out, as well as installation and finishing works in the interior. At the same time, construction of the first above-ground floors of the tower and an underground passage that will connect the complex with the Rondo ONZ metro station.
