The construction of the tallest office building in the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis is proceeding according to plan. The second tower in the Katowice .KTW complex is to be put into use at the beginning of 2022. The 31-story office building .KTW II, located in the immediate vicinity of the characteristic Spodek and the Katowice Culture Zone, is 133 meters high. After nearly two years, the works on its implementation are coming to an end and the cranes are slowly leaving the construction site. The .KTW complex, consisting of two office towers, will provide a total of over 62,000 sq m. sqm surface. The KTW I building started operating in June 2018.
