The construction of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań has entered the next phase. Skanska is starting the construction of the penultimate building, which in the second quarter of 2023 will provide approximately 28.5 thousand sq m. sqm office space. The Nowy Rynek will ultimately consist of five buildings with different functions. The project will offer a total of over 100,000 sqm total usable area. Thanks to the investment, a new quarter of the city will be created with a characteristic market located inside the complex.
