The construction of the Monopoly in Warsaw's Praga is halfway through.

Two office buildings with a service part on the ground floor, which are being developed in the Liebrecht & wooD complex, are located along Nieporęcka Street, on a plot adjacent to the Koneser Prague Centre. The construction of the investment began at the beginning of last year, and now work is being carried out in parallel, both in the underground and above-ground part of the project. Construction work on the buildings has been completed and the installation of the roof covering and brick facades of the office buildings is in progress, while finishing and installation work is being carried out in the common areas. The level of commercialization of the office space has exceeded 80%. The planned completion date of the office buildings is April next year.
