The 45-storey Warsaw Unit tower by Ghelamco has obtained an occupancy permit. The facility delivered 57 thousand sq m to the Warsaw market. sqm office space that has already been leased in almost 50 percent. The facade of the skyscraper in blue glazing reflects the image of the city. It is decorated with the so-called "dragon skin", i.e. thousands of scale-like tiles that react to every gust of wind and thus enliven the facade. The advantage of the Warsaw Unit is a two-story, fully glazed lobby. It is the first skyscraper in Poland that is applying for a prestigious WELL certificate in the latest version v2 Core The building is also in the process of BREEAM certification and has already obtained the Green Building Standard certificate.
