Skanska has started construction of the Studio office complex in Warsaw. The investment at Prosta Street will offer approx. 43 thousand sq m. sqm lease area. The studio is a complex of two office buildings with a parking lot for 286 parking spaces and 285 spaces for bicycles. The first phase of the investment is to deliver 17.6 thousand sq m of space to the capital market. sqm GLA of the lease area.
