Satoria Group in Plac Unii Office Complex

Satoria Group operating in the hospitality and conference market, as well as the office market, chose Warsaw's Plac Unii for a new office.

The Group has leased 800 sq. m in building B of Plac Unii complex. Satoria was represented by the experts from Walter Herz consulting company in the process of finding location and negotiating lease terms. The Group has also entrusted Walter Herz with the commercialization of their office projects located in Warsaw district of Wola.

Satoria Group will move to the new offices in Plac Unii in July. - The decision on signing the agreement was based on the quality of the offered space and the convenient location of the complex, enabling efficient access to all parts of the city, the airport and major train stations by different means of public transportation. Moreover, the location has an advantage because of the direct connection between the office building and Plac Unii shopping center, which provides a wide range of commercial and catering services on site - informed Mateusz Strzelecki, Senior Associate at Walter Herz.

Satoria, the main business of which is providing hotel and conference services, leasing office space and managing their own hotel facilities under such brands as Best Western, START hotel, RT Hotels in Warsaw and Cracow, as well as conference centers in Warsaw and Lake Zegrzyński along with Warsaw's office buildings, plans to consolidate all administrative units in one location.

- When searching for the new headquarters we focused on modern office buildings, offering space in interesting standard, situated on one floor.
