The square will be decorated with trees and shrubs, and separate zones will allow for the organization of cultural, music, educational and entertainment events. On the site of the former Karol Scheibler's textile factory, which is the heritage of Łódź Fabryczna, the area of 8 ha will include 20 buildings, of which 14 are historic.
