The subject of the video chat will be - Office space lease vs. legal situation related to the current epidemiological threat.
This time, Walter Herz specialists will share their knowledge and information about the current situation on the office market related to the implemented safety regulations. They will explain what mechanisms can be observed on the market today and what legal tools are available to tenants under these circumstances.
