In the first half of 2016, 360 000 sq m of office space was leased in Warsaw. In Cracow, 110 000 sq m of offices went to the tenants, and in Wrocław the demand for offices amounted to 165 000 sq m.
On the Poznań market, in the first 6 months of 2016, lease agreements were signed for 26 000 sq m of offices, whereas 37 000 sq m were contracted in the Tri-City. In Łódź, the demand for offices amounted to 18 000 sq m during that period. On 6 main office markets in Poland in mid-2016, the supply of modern space reached the value of 8.6 million sq m. About 1.4 million sq m still remains under construction, and the vacancy rate is 13.4 per cent.
