Next to the Łódź Fabryczna station, there is a new office building

Next to the Łódź Fabryczna station, there is a new office building. The Łódź magistrate is to move to the skyscraper. The project, commissioned by the city authorities, is to be carried out by the hired company, which is to bring large savings and attract people to the New Center of Łódź. The building would be erected on urban grounds next to the station in 2024. The buildings now occupied by officials are to be sold or developed e.g. for housing purposes.
