My Place is a multifunctional complex which Echo Investment is developing in Warsaw's Mokotów district.

The residential part of the project is undergoing finishing works and its completion is scheduled for July this year. On the other hand, on the second office building, which is being built in the investment, the assembly of the facade has started. My Place is being developed on a three-hectare plot on the new Józef Pius Dziekoński Street in Warsaw. The project includes the construction of 244 apartments, two office buildings with a total area of 34 thousand square meters and service premises. The project was launched in Q1 2018. The first office building was commissioned in May last year. Construction of the second office building has just been completed. JEMS Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of My Place. The whole project is planned to be commissioned in 2021.
