Makalu Media in a Larger Office at Zabłocie Business Park
Makalu Media, a leader in Poland’s e-learning market, has leased over 1,700 sq m. of office space in the Zabłocie Business Park complex in Cracow. Walter Herz, a consulting company, provided comprehensive support during the relocation and expansion process, contract negotiations, and office space arrangement.
Makalu Media, which has been growing in the modern education solutions sector in Poland for the past decade, decided to relocate its Cracow office to a new headquarters in Zabłocie Business Park A. The new office offers double the space compared to its previous location.
-The decision to relocate was motivated by the company’s growth and evolving requirements, especially in light of the hybrid work model. The expanded office space allowed us to establish dedicated recording studios and versatile social areas, fostering stronger collaboration and connections within project teams. The new solutions implemented in the project address the current challenges of the education and training market – says Paweł Kruszelnicki, CEO of Makalu Media.
-With its rapid business growth, Makalu Media, the owner of Odrabiamy.pl website, required a larger and more functional office space. The client sought favorable lease terms while ensuring that the space was tailored to specific needs. The workspace was designed to meet the specific needs of the team. Cooperation in this regard was favorable, and all design and finishing work was carried out by GD&K on behalf of the landlord. The handover also went smoothly. The entire work was executed to a very high standard – says Kamil Kowalewski, Associate Director at Walter Herz.
-Zabłocie, with its extensive infrastructure and offerings, attracts leading companies in the Polish market as well as international organizations to establish offices in this part of Cracow. We’re pleased to see the sustained interest in office rentals at Zabłocie Business Park and the growing scale of lease renegotiations in this area. This reflects a broader trend of companies migrating to central areas of the city, which provide access to numerous services, amenities, and efficient transportation – says Włodzimierz Jędruszak, Leasing and Marketing Director at GD&K Consulting, the company managing the complex.
