Lodz Monopolis was the best mixed-use project in the world, winning an award in the international MIPIM Awards 2020 competition. As the only complex nominated in this category from Europe, it was among the four best investments in the world, next to Singapore, Montreal and Bangkok. The design of the facility was created in the Grupa 5 Architekci studio. The buildings of the former Monopoly Wódczany plants from 1902 have become an ideal space for modern offices with a unique atmosphere, a children's club, theater, ART gallery, a museum devoted to the history of the former Monopoly Wódczany plants and an amphitheater. After the revitalization of the historic buildings, two office towers will be built in the next stages, and a swimming pool with a fitness area will be built in the former spirit warehouse. The multifunctional complex will offer over 24 thousand. sq m offices with nearly 30,000 sq m total area that will be built in three stages of the investment. The entire monopolis is to be ready in 2023.
