On its premises, Euro Styl sold to Torus a part of a plot of over 1.3 ha. The land is intended for office buildings. Originating from the Tri-City, the developers will jointly implement a multifunctional DOKI project, which will include the construction of 1.1 thousand apartments and commercial premises, as well as 37 thousand sqm of business space. In the first quarter of 2019, Euro Styl acquired a plot of nearly 7 ha in Młodym Miasto. And already then it announced that residential and office buildings would be built on the shipyard site, in the immediate vicinity of the European Solidarity Centre, and that the historic building of the former hull assembly plant would be renovated, becoming the service heart of the investment. The area is adjacent to the historical sites associated with the birth of "Solidarity", and such artifacts of the past as cranes, assembly halls or shipyard ramps place special demands on the architecture. In the first phase of the project, next to the European Solidarity Centre and the famous Health and Safety Hall, two buildings will be constructed, with a new Kadłubowców Street between them. DOKI Office will offer a total of over 37 thousand sq m of leasable area (GLA) for offices and services. The planned completion date of the first phase of the investment is 2023.
