Kopernika 21 Handed Over

In an exclusive, boutique office building with an area of 670 sq m by Kopernika Street in Warsaw, the majority of space has already been leased. The representational facility complements the frontage between Ordynacka and Kopernika Streets, thereby restoring the pre-war architectural order to yet another location within the Royal Route in the region of Nowy Świat Street. The new address on Warsaw office map is luring tenants.

The building was completed in February 2016, and now at Kopernika 21 the only available offices have an area of 50 sq m, and are located on the fourth and fifth floor of the building. Also, the agreement for  premises of 240 sq m, which is located on the ground floor and is intended for retail and services, has not yet been signed. However, according to Walter Herz advisors, the negotiations concerning that space with the owners of a prestigious restaurant are already at an advanced level. Moreover, one of the respected law firms, with whom the talks are also being continued, will probably soon join the group of tenants.

Among the companies that have already moved to the office building are, among others, GabClinic medical clinic and Vowos IT company. Walter Herz representatives admit that apart from the great standard  of the offices, companies looking for space in the center of Warsaw are mainly convinced by the location of the building, situated in the vicinity of Nowy Świat metro station. - The offices offered in the building have a high standard of finishing and are work-ready. The office space is well lit, thanks to the spacious windows, which fit the glass façade of the office building - says Mateusz Dembski from Walter Herz.

KOPERNIKA 21, office building by architects from Groupa 5 Architekci studio, stands out due to the impressive, semicircular shape. The building is shaped into a broader two-storey plinth on which a four-storey tower is set with a slightly withdrawn top tier. Elements made of light sandstone and granite with different stone texture and granite color add character to the glass façade of the building. Along the southern wall of the building by Ordynacka Street runs an arcade, which accentuates the entrance to the retail part. The entrance to the main lobby of the office part is located on the west side of the building. The layout of the building provides an independent passage to all offices from the lift lobby on each floor. The investor of the project is Kopernika 21 Sp. o.o. company.
