Grupa 5 Architekci has won the international competition for the architectural concept of the investment that the Allcon Group is planning to implement in the center of Gdynia at the intersection of Kielecka Street and Droga Gdyńska, near the Riviera Shopping Center. A mixed-use complex will be built on an area of 2 ha, which will offer about 55 thousand. sq m usable space for services, offices and flats. The dominant housing feature in this investment will be approximately 120 meters. Public spaces play a very important role in the project. The residents will have at their disposal large city squares, intimate, green courtyards, and everything will be connected by aesthetic pedestrian routes and bicycle paths.
