Ghelamco starts the construction of the Craft office building in Katowice

Ghelamco starts the construction of the Craft office building in Katowice. The building is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Silesia City Center shopping center, at the intersection of Chorzowska and Ściegiennego Streets. The thirteen-story office building will offer 26.7 thousand. sq m high-class space and a two-story underground car park for 218 vehicles. The building will consist of three stacked cuboids, thanks to which there will be six terraces, including one on the roof. The facade of the terrace office building will feature copper-colored elements that will give it an industrial character, referring to the industrial character of Katowice. The investment is to be completed at the end of 2022.
