Echo Investment has completed the construction of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice. The first tenants have already started work in the new office building, which was commissioned at Żelazna Street. The construction of the investment started in May 2018. The first, seven-storey office building with an area of nearly 21 thousand. sq m., which was developed in this project, obtained an occupancy permit at the beginning of this year. The second, just completed, 15-storey building offers 26 thousand. sq m modern work space. In the patio area between the office buildings there is an outdoor basketball court, a chillout zone with deckchairs and benches, and flower meadows.
