Responsibilities:
  • Creation and management of the Warehouse and Logistics Space Rental Department.
  • Implementation of search and negotiation processes for a leading logistics operator.
  • Further business development: acquiring new customers, developing existing business contacts and building awareness of the Walter Herz brand.
  • Comprehensive provision of consulting services to clients in the area of ​​rental of warehouse and logistics space throughout Poland.
  • Collaboration with other teams and services to provide comprehensive and holistic customer support.
  • Co-creating new projects and visions supporting the further development of the Company.
  • Developing and motivating the team using various People Management techniques.
Requirements:
  • Higher education (CCIM, MRICS industry certificates are welcome).
  • Knowledge of the warehouse and logistics market in Poland.
  • The ability to acquire customers supported by experience in this field.
  • Extensive professional experience in the commercial real estate industry supported by references and professional successes.
  • Willingness to frequent business trips in Poland.
  • Driving license. B.
  • High team management skills.
  • English at the fluent / advanced level.
  • Time management skills and high organizational competences.
  • Understanding of business, financial analysis
