Despite the pandemic in the CEE region, one of the best investment results on the commercial real estate market was recorded. The total volume of transactions in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania amounted to EUR 7.6 billion in the first three quarters of 2020, more than half of which is attributable to our country. The growth was driven by a number of portfolio transactions, most of which were concluded in Poland and the Czech Republic.
