Cornerstone is staying in Cracow’s High5ive

Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, today announced it has decided to remain in Cracow’s High5ive complex. The company has extended the lease for over 1,500 sq m. of space. Walter Herz provided comprehensive advisory support during the lease renegotiation process.

- We decided to extend our lease because High5ive 5 offers a high standard in every aspect and ensures a comfortable work environment, which is a key factor in attracting talented employees and motivating our team. The complex is environmentally friendly and supports user well-being. It provides an optimized workspace that fosters collaboration and strengthens team connections. Additionally, its prime location in the center of Cracow allows for easy commuting and access to a wide range of services in the area - said Anna Krasińska, Senior Regional Facilities Manager at Cornerstone.

- Our role was to support Cornerstone in renegotiating the business terms of the contract, including optimizing the space. After presenting an analysis of options available on the Cracow market and negotiating with the landlord, we successfully reached a consensus on the lease duration and other terms of the new agreement. The shift to a hybrid work model changed the company’s requirements, leading to a more efficient use of space and a partial reduction, with the company now occupying a single floor in the building – says Kamil Kowalewski, Associate Director at Walter Herz.

High5ive is a centrally located complex in Cracow consisting of five office buildings developed by Skanska, offering approximately 70,000 sq m. of workspace. The eco-friendly buildings stand out with their unique facades and provide an attractive working environment.

The project is situated near Cracow’s key attractions and offers tenants a range of amenities, including a concierge service, green spaces, a public basketball court, and convenient access to shops and restaurants. The development also features extensive infrastructure for cyclists, including bike racks, charging stations, showers, lockers, and repair stations.

High5ive is located close to renowned universities and Cracow’s Old Town Market Square, allowing tenants to enjoy the city’s rich cultural and recreational offerings. Efficient transport connections make it easy to reach other parts of the city, while Kraków Airport in Balice is only a 25-minute drive away.
