Moving into a new office often means a change in the style of working in the company

For People, a human resources consulting company which is a new tenant in Gdański Business Center complex in Warsaw, the choice of a new office is not only a change of address, but also the introduction to a new work culture in the company. The human resources consulting company will occupy the area of over 650 square meters in the GBC building. People company is planning to introduce innovative solutions in the new office to help with the adaptation to a new style of work, closely linked with the specific HR industry in which the company operates.

The office of People company is designed according to Activity Based Workplace concept. The basic premise of the arrangement is a combination of two areas: the candidate area with the system of numerous conference rooms and the part intended to work in team with a mixed layout, dominated by open space. Within its area there will be a special chill out zone with a disco ball, combined with a dining room and a kitchen, as well as the amphitheater designed for formal presentations and internal meetings, as well as staff meetings. These parts have been deliberately located next to each other, in order to create a place to organize events for both contractors and informal internal meetings.

Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, CEO of Walter Herz admits that the process of searching for the office for People company was preceded by a detailed analysis of the customer's needs, which helped assess the actual demand for space. - Designing a space tailored to the specific work style and culture of the company, we need to take into account many aspects, among others, the method of coordination of the various teams and departments, a kind of technology used in the company, as well as a form of information flow. It is important to define different aspects of the company's activities and priorities, when it comes to the functionality of space. Only then, we can outline the adaptation design of office, and thus determine the shape and size - says Bartłomiej Zagrodnik.

Gdański Business Center is the office project with one of the best access to transport in Warsaw. The complex is located by Dworzec Gdański metro station and in close proximity to numerous bus and tram stops. The GBC complex will eventually include four Class A office buildings with a total area of nearly 100 thousand sq m. When designing this modern investment, the focus was on creating a friendly urban space, which will provide comfort for future employees, but also be useful to local residents. A communal recreation area with cafes and restaurants with outdoor summer terraces are surrounding the buildings. The complex itself  is equipped with, among others, a charging station for electric cars, bike racks and locker rooms with showers for cyclists.
