CityFit with headquarters in Warsaw's Atrium Centrum

CityFit, the largest 24h/7 fitness club operator in Poland has leased an area of 1170 sq m. for its new headquarters in the Atrium Centrum office building, located on 27 Aleja Jana Pawła II street in Warsaw. Walter Herz agency team including Martyna Markiewicz (Negotiator), Kamila Królikowska (Senior Negotiator) and Mateusz Strzelecki (Partner, Head of Regional Market) supported the company in the process of selecting optimal location and negotiating lease terms.

The company will move to a new office, located on the top sixth floor of the office building, in April next year. Relocation to Atrium Centrum is associated with dynamic brand development and growing employment. CityFit is the largest Polish network of non-stop fitness clubs, which provide innovative training solutions and full comfort when exercising, at an attractive price. CityFit fitness clubs are located in shopping malls and office facilities in large and medium-sized cities throughout the country.

- CityFit was looking for a new work space in the center of Warsaw or in the area bordering with central Wola district. Location ensuring excellent access was the key assumption. The client wanted consolidation of departments, which is why the office space had to be located on one floor. Another condition was lack of competition in the selected office building - says Martyna Markiewicz, Negotiator at Walter Herz.- Important factor in selecting space was also availability of the office and flexible approach of the building owner to issues related to the lease terms. Given the limited access to available office space in the very center of Warsaw and the complexity of the process, its implementation went extremely smoothly and finished within 6 months. It was possible thanks to the involvement of Walter Herz and advisors knowledge of the market - informs Olga Duda, Expansion Coordinator at CityFit.
