Centrum Królewska complex, located in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets, has once again obtained a certification confirming that it meets the demanding guidelines for office space. Thus, it ensures a sustainable working environment of the highest standard.

Designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates studio, Centrum Królewska is one of the most presentable buildings in the city. The office building with a characteristic facade resembling a rolled sheet of paper bent at right angles was built in 2002, and in 2018 it underwent a thorough modernization, which also included a change in the facade cladding. Advanced technological solutions that have been used in it, ensure the highest comfort of use for its tenants.

Centrum Królewska office building has maintained a BREEAM In-Use Estate certificate rating in Very Good in Building Management Asset Performance category for its construction and workmanship qualities.
