Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects at Airtech Business Park

24 July 2020

Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects is another public entity that has decided to move its headquarters to Airtech Business Park office complex located at 5/7 Kolejowa street in Warsaw. The facility located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout, in the area where the city's new business center is developing. This location is particularly popular among the state administration institutions. The new CCEP office is located in one of the office buildings in the complex, and measures over 850 sq m.

Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects (CCEP) is a National Forests facility, established to initiate, coordinate and manage forestry and nature protection projects financed from EU funds and the forest fund.

- We were looking for a comfortable office, the location of which would guarantee efficient access by all means of public transport. Airtech Business Park Such provides such conditions thanks to, among others, the nearby bus lines, the SKM train station as well as the nearby metro station. We decided to lease space in this location also due to the numerous amenities, including primarily the unique, green surroundings of the buildings and the intimate atmosphere provided by the complex. It all adds up to an ideal working environment, which at the same time guarantees a high level of safety for the employees – says Przemysław Kostrzewski, head of Logistics Department at Coordination Center for Environmental Projects.

- This is another transaction in which we assisted a public sector unit. An increasing number of public institutions are becoming actively interested in leasing space in new office buildings in Warsaw, but also in the other urban centers in the country. This group of tenants has the potential to become an important player on the commercial market. Moreover, what is very important, we are seeing a growing trust of state institutions in partners who operate on the office real estate market  - says Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner at Walter Herz.

- Tenants from the public sector have strictly defined expectations regarding the desired space, and each transaction related to entities financed by the State Treasury is complex and requires a unique approach. The clash of state entities with the commercial market generates many challenges, however, having experience in this area, we conduct the entire process in the least burdensome way for institutions, ensuring full implementation of needs. We are also happy to share our knowledge in this area during Walter Herz Public Sector Tenant Academy, which we are inviting everyone to participate in - adds Martyna Markiewicz, Senior Leading Negotiator, Regional Coordinator at Walter Herz.

Airtech Business Park is an intimate office complex that consists of three buildings with a total of approx. 28 thousand sq m. of space. The building is situated at Kolejowa Street in Warsaw on a 2 ha plot and is characterized by a small development area compared to the size of the land. Hence, in addition to convenient parking, Airtech Business Park also provides extensive, especially for the central area of the city, surroundings of lush greenery with old trees. The entire area of the complex, including the multi-car underground garage, is gated and access-controlled. From the offices located on the upper floors one can admire the panorama of the intensely developing city. Chopin International Airport can be reached from the site in 20 minutes.
