.BIG in Cracow has a new restaurant

AGS Estate has joined the group of tenants at the .BIG office building, located in the southern part of Cracow. The company has leased over 300 sq m. of space for a new catering facility. Walter Herz provided tenant with comprehensive advisory support in the transaction process.

AGS Estate Group, based in Warsaw, has been operating in the national real estate market since 2019, specializing in the HoReCa sector. The group has opened its new restaurant in the .BIG office complex in Cracow. The investor is preparing to launch additional establishments, confirming the high demand for catering services in office buildings under hybrid work conditions.

- We are consistently implementing our expansion plan. We plan to open more restaurants using our proven, original concept. Simultaneously with the Bistro in the .BIG office building, we opened Kapelanka Smaków in the Kapelanka complex, and at the end of September or early October, Aleja Smaków will launch in Brain Park. In two years, we will also open a new establishment in a new office complex. We are continuously working on improving the quality of our services, building relationships, and expanding our group of partners. We view our restaurants not just as catering services, but primarily as atmospheric meeting places. To increase guest satisfaction, we have introduced a range of applications that enhance service standards. .BIG is a five-storey office building located on Zielińskiego Street in the southern part of Cracow. The office building stands out for its modern architecture and has received an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating. It offers 9,600 sq m. of lease space and 150 underground parking spaces.

The ground floor of the building houses retail and service units, while the first floor features a patio with a cozy garden. Tenants also have access to terraces and approximately 200 sq m. of rooftop space, offering views of the Wawel Castle.

The complex is situated in close proximity to Skały Twardowskiego Park and Zakrzówek Reservoir. It provides a bicycle parking area for nearly 270 bikes and changing rooms with showers for cyclists.

.BIG office building's location allows for quick access to other parts of the city by both public transportation and car. Kraków Główny railway station is about a 15-minute drive away, and the international airport in Balice is 25 minutes away by car.
