Bartłomiej Zagrodnik is the founder and CEO of Walter Herz, a consulting firm active in Poland’s commercial real estate sector. He has over twenty years of professional experience in the industry, having worked at international corporations such as King Sturge and Jones Lang Lasalle, where he specialized in analyzing management process migrations, including the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios. He holds degrees from Bradford University and Kozminski University in Warsaw

and completed studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of Polish Real Estate Federation (PFRN).
