Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za:

analizowanie planów miejscowych oraz analiz chłonności,
opracowywanie i przygotowywanie teaserów sprzedażowych,
prowadzenie wewnętrznej bazy danych oraz jakościowe utrzymywanie informacji w katalogach firmowych,
zbieranie danych rynkowych z rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych oraz mieszkaniowych.

Nasze oczekiwania:

jesteś w trakcie studiów lub masz już wykształcenie wyższe,
znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie B2,
dyspozycyjności w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy,
sumienności, dokładności w realizacji powierzonych zadań,
umiejętność analitycznego myślenia.
